Villa Cullera is a beautiful countryside property set in a charming quiet area with open picturesque far-reaching views across almond groves and the blue Mediterranean Sea. Close to facilities and amenities the property is situated perfectly, avoiding busy tourist areas, allowing you to have a relaxed holiday. Approximately two kilometres from the villa two small towns Calonge and S’Horta can be visited with some local shops and good restaurants. Just a five-minute drive from the villa awaits the breathtaking Cala Sanau sandy cove; and the tourist resort Cala D'Or is also two kilometres away offering a never-ending choice of restaurants, sandy coves and the impressive international yacht harbour.

Villa Cullera is beautifully designed over two stories and is comfortably furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings, fittings and interior stone wall features. From the hall, there is access to the spacious living/dining room with a comfortable seating area, a wood-burning fireplace and French doors opening to the garden terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with an archway into a separate breakfast/dining room with direct access to the poolside terrace. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a side door to a sun terrace and a full ensuite bathroom. To finish this floor there is also a bathroom with a WC and shower. A staircase leads up to the galleried landing area and from there is a master double bedroom with a door providing access to a private sun terrace and steps leading to the rooftop terrace with truly magnificent views. The third bedroom has twin beds and a door to a further sun terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. You will find a utility area with a washing machine on the terrace and all bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Outside is very spacious, the pleasant gardens have a small, grassed area; a citrus grove; many ornamental features and plenty of space for children to play.
